For
our first Annual Bug Chucker Cup in 2012, we owe a huge thank you to all
the participants that helped make the event so worthwhile. In total,
there were 55 fish caught and measured. Participants fished at Twin
Lakes, Persse, Bench and East Goose Lake. The winning team was Cal
Boscow of the Pas, MB and Randy Bossuyt of Dauphin, MB. They caught 19
fish in total and the longest three from each lake totalled 635 cm.
Second place went to Doug Elsasser and Al Staub from Togo, SK and third
place went to John Yury and Nate Yury from Dauphin, MB. Plans are
underway for hosting the Second Annual Bug Chucker Cup on May 30, 31
and June 1, 2013. If you are interested in participating or
